Galbandi-Prakash Saput & Shanti Pariyar is a traditional folk song based on the Rodhi tradition practiced in Nepali society. Rodhi tradition is a practice in which the village community gathers at a place, especially a house (Rodhighar) after the end of their workday to sing, dance and enjoy. Men and women gather at two opposing sides at the Rodhighar and engage themselves in a musical battle known as Dohori.

This song is a prequel to the song Bola Maya and features Prakash Saput and Shanti Shree Pariyar on the vocals. The lyrics and music were composed by Prakash Saput himself.
