Introduction:
“Sangai Bachauna” is a very melodious rock type of song composed by “Monkey Temple Band” . Sangai Bachauna is originally from their first album(Black Bee And The Flower) . Recently it’s re-recorded version is available on Youtube.
“Monkey temple” is identically the Alternative rock/Modern rock band from Nepal which was formed in 1988. The band was eventually formed in the corridors of St. Xaviers School, Kathmandu, by Subodh Gurung(Guitarist) and Sareen Deoja(Vocalist). Since then Monkey Temple band has came a long journey in the highway of Rock music till now and finally achieved historical succession with their unique music and lyrics of their songs.
Albums:
After the formation they recorded their first full length album “Black Bee & the Flower” in 2001, which help them to be recognized among Nepali music industry. People started to love their music due to which they are featured in many famous prestigious music concerts and festivals like “Silence Festival”,”The Himalayan Blues Festival”, etc. Since then people have loved them so much with their energetic and soulful performance. They have also toured at many cities of Nepal.
Monkey Temple band had released their second beautiful album called “Shades Of Grey” 2012, which provide them a huge success again. The songs included in this album are “Anumati”,”Yesto Kahiley”,”Prashna”,”Swatantrata“,“Anantasamman”,” Man Chade Maichyang Lai”,”Hamro Geet” Swapna Ma”. They are also the first ever Nepali band to be featured in MTV South Asia. One of their music videos of the song called “Anumati” was played on it.

The band is forwarded and holded by very talented musicians as Sareen Deoja as Vocalist and Guitarist, Dipesh Shrestha as Guitarist and back vocals, Jenish Maharjan as Bassist and Pratap Risal as Drummer, whom are all from Kathmandu.
